Summary

Sa Rah Ta Rem doesn't remember her life as a proud Tanvieran warrior princess from the future. She has no memories beyond one month ago, when she awoke beaten and bruised in an alley. People now call her "Honey", and she dances each evening to a room full of men. But her dance is really for only one man. He invades her dreams night after night. Half man, half beast, he calls to her from the depths of her slumber and the shadows of her unfulfilled fantasies.

Tristan Zax understands his mission. Go back in time and bring the princess home safely to her parents. As a well-trained security specialist, he should have no problem accomplishing this assignment. As a half Diharan Shadow man, his tracking and assassin skills would serve him well. Yet the minute Tristan sees Sa Rah silhouetted against the stage lights, ready to perform, his feelings for her resurface, leaving him dreading the day she remembers not only who she is, but also who and what he is.

Discovering that a deadly intergalactic assassin holds a contract on Sa Rah's life, Tristan realizes he can't wait for her full memory to return. Taking her back to the future against her will, he tries to cover their trail until he can figure out a way to save her from a sure death. Will Sa Rah survive and regain her memory? And if she does, will the knowledge that Tristan is so much more than he seems bring them together? Or will it tear them apart like it did so long ago?
