Summary

Selene McPherson is finally leaving the witch tag behind her. She has a successful restaurant and a happy life. When she draws the Three of Swords card three days in a row, Selene knows trouble is brewing.

It comes in the form of a horrific series of murders, starting with her sister's boyfriend. Police suspect her sister, and in order to clear her, Selene must once more return to the magical world she'd left behind to help Police Chief Adrian Burke find a killer. What she finds is aconnection to the Chief she never thought possible; can she convince him that her spiritual powers can be helpful in the case? The stakes are increased when someone she loves is in danger. The race is on to find a killer before Selene loses more than she's willing to give.
