"Series just keeps getting better and better!"

Once again, Aubrey Ross has taken back into the world of the MYSTIC KEEPERS. As our story opens, Jax has just been brought back to Earth by one of the Veil Keepers. This particular one being Malik's sister. Malik and Cayenne have been getting along beautifully. Now Cayenne is shocked to hear she has a sister, one she's not been told about. It turns out to be Jax's assignment to find her. It would appear that the danger surrounding her is not yet over. So Jax takes the clues he's been given and heads to the Bahamas. Naturally, the first person he runs into just happens to be his bonded mate, Crystal, a Light Keeper and master of illusion.

Crystal never knew she was bonded to Jax. When the opportunity came up to guard Lorran, Cayenne's sister, she grabbed it, leaving her life, and Jax, behind her. Now the one man she least wanted to see has reappeared in her life. Even though she's missed him terribly, Crystal only thought it was natural and not because they were bonded.

Will Crystal be able to reveal the truth to Jax? Not only about why she left, but why she met him in the first place? How will Jax react? And most importantly, will the two of them be able to keep Lorran safe?

MYSTIC KEEPERS 2: CRYSTAL is a continuation of this series. Aubrey Ross has also given us the opportunity to meet some new characters in this unique world she created. This series just keeps better and better with everything we learn about the Keepers and their wonderful powers. I can't wait to see where Aubrey Ross takes us next!

Summary

A difficult and dangerous assignment -- in the Bahamas. Jax is just the man to make such a sacrifice. Malik believes Cayenne's parents were murdered. Jax must use his skills as a Shadow Keeper to investigate the deaths of the wayward lovers. Jax finds his investigation sabotaged at every turn by an alluring Light Keeper named Crystal. He knows she's hiding something, but every time he sees her all he can think about is her flawless skin and pastel blue eyes. Can he keep his libido under control long enough to finish his investigation, or will his desire for her compromise the most important case of his life?
