"Excellent continuation of vampire colony!"

Dixie Marlowe (KISS ME FOREVER) sold her witch aunt's house in Bringham to vampire Antonia Stonewright who intends to open an art gallery and craft center. Elizabeth (BE MINE FOREVER) is assisting her with the renovations. Antonia develops an interest in a potter Michael Langton while looking for artistic items to sell in their soon-to-open shop.

All seems well until Stella (LOVE ME FOREVER) and her son Sam come to visit his old babysitter, Elizabeth. An attempted car-jack was foiled by Stella's using her vampire powers and they arrive in Bringham with a crashed car and the car-jacker's bag of stolen jewelry. Gwyltha, the colony's head becomes involved and horrors from the past are found at Orchard House.

The FOREVER series needs to be read in order to be fully enjoyed. If you have enjoyed the others, you will REALLY appreciate this story. Jewel thieves and a 20-year-old murder bring more attention than a vampire would wish. The love story between Antonia and Michael is integral, but the uncovering of past evil at Orchard House and present citizens in Bringham is the main focus of events. It was interesting to see secondary characters from past series as well as the relationships between other colony associates.
