"thrilling and sometimes chilling read"
Vampire lovers alert! Janet Miller's TASTING NIGHTWALKER WINE is a thrilling and
sometimes chilling read. Paranormal romance writer Stella Robertson met a fascinating
fan at a late Halloween signing of her latest vampire book.
The handsome man in a tux, cape, and realistic vampire fangs
said he'd read and loved all her books but stated she should
let him teach her more about vampires. She was about to
dismiss this as an offbeat pickup line, when he spoke
directly into her mind and convinced her he knew what he was
talking about. As prince of the California nightwalkers, Sebastian Moret
knew he shouldn't get too close to his favorite author, but
she was so lovely, so sexy, and her blood so
delicioussometimes even a four-hundred year old vampire is
tempted into a mistake. He reveals too much. And his mistake
haunts him when Stella seeks him out to research the
parafolk for a book. When she tracks him to his winery in
the Napa valley, Sebastian is forced to make Stella his
companion to buy her silence. The deal looks like a good one for both of them. Stella, by
becoming his companion, would learn all she wanted to know
about the parafolk and Sebastian would have a constant
source of food. Then, of course, there was the delicious, mind-blowing sex!
With Stella's psi nature allowing them to enter each other's
minds, the intensity and intimacy of their lovemaking was
unparalleled. If only they could trust each other! When Sebastian and his werewolf servants come under attack
from a group who want to kill him and take control of the
werefolk, the pair must put aside their differences and use
all of their wits and talents to thwart the plot. I enjoyed this story thoroughly. Sebastian is all sexy,
alpha male and Stella is a feisty, intelligent and
passionate woman. I appreciated every step in the progress
of their relationship. Add in a handful of sexy, attractive
and evil opponents and you have a great read for a stormy
evening by the fire (with a glass of red wine by your hand.) Reviewed by Dee Lloyd

SummaryThe last person Stella Robertson expected to meet at a late
evening signing for her latest vampire book was a handsome
man wearing a tux, cape, and realistic vampire fangs. But it
was Halloween so she dismissed his claims of knowing more
about vampires...until he spoke directly into her mind and

but she was so lovely, so sexy, and her blood so

tempted into a mistake. But this mistake haunts him when
Stella seeks him out, not once, but twice. When she tracks

make Stella his companion to buy her silence.
Given the rocky start, both Stella and Sebastian know that
their relationship needs work but when Sebastian and his

their differences and use all of their wits and talents to
thwart the plot against them.
